I got to start writing about the topic and shift my focus away from the boot camp.
The reason I write this post is because I want to support some people who don’t have huge commitment to do what is mentioned in the 7 day boot camp. It seems too much work and a lot of practice. You could say that this is a simple version of how to use the law of attraction.
So here’s the steps again (If you read my site often, you’ll know I love steps). 3 steps:
Step 1: Goals Again (5 minutes or less…)
Set an excited goal! It must be exciting and not a goal that solve your problem. Don’t set your goal to earn $10,000 because you have a $10,000 debt. Don’t set a goal to have a spouse because you feel lonely when you are at home.
Set a goal that makes you very excited. If you don’t have one, I’ll give you one- “Empower yourself and 1000 people to be a millionaire!” This is might look scary but it’s definitely exciting.
Turn it into a happy and grateful statement such as “I’m happy and grateful … (your goals here). For example: “I am happy and grateful that I empowered myself and 1000 people to be rich.” The statement got to be written in such a way that you already have it.
Oh! My habit of writing is making the post long again! Ok, next 2 steps will be real short!
Step 2: Visualize (5 – 10 minutes)
Every morning you wake up, find a quiet place and relax your body. You could lie or sit down. Start visualizing your goals. Start to imagine about your life after you already achieve your goals. Use all your 5 senses to visualize it- Visual, Hearing, Sight, Smell and Touch.
Step 3: Keep Yourself In The Vibration
If you haven’t heard about ‘vibration’, stay calm. You don’t need to understand it to use it. Just remember to say your goals every time when negative feelings are coming up.
Let go the frustration, anger, worries and other negative emotions every time you have it. Repeat your goals with “I am happy and grateful blah blah blah…”
These 3 steps are one of the simplest ways to start using the law of attraction. I used these at the very beginning.
