Alright! Now, I’m going to share the invaluable attraction formula with you.
Are you ready?
This is the formula of using the law of attraction and I’m going to use it many times in this 7-Day Boot Camp. This is the formula:
Attraction = Thought + Emotion
We will talk more about this formula in the rest of the 6 days. All you need to remember here is thoughts and emotions you send out will generate attraction. Neither thought nor emotion will be powerful when they work alone. Combining both will generate lots of attraction that allows you to attract what you want.
So, I promised you today I will share with you a method that can increase your attraction 10 times or more. If you are attracting something that you want and find it struggling or hard, that means there are many negative thoughts in your subconscious mind.
This “Subconscious Mind” thing might not look important. But if you are interested in attracting what you want fast and important, you need to pay attention to the following.
When your subconscious mind is full of negative thoughts with positive thoughts, both will be sent out to the universe.
I’m going to use a piece of paper to talk about your subconscious mind. Let’s say you take out a piece of blank paper and start writing negative thoughts such as “I can’t be rich and successful”, “money is bad” and “money is the root of all evil”.
And you start writing positive thoughts such as “I can be rich and successful”, “money is good” and “money is easy and happy to make”. After that, you mail the piece of paper to your friend. Do you think he will only see your positive thoughts?
Definitely Not! He will see both negative and positive thoughts about money. Same as your subconscious mind and the universe. Do you think your subconscious mind will send out only positive thoughts? Do you think the universe like your friend will receive only positive thoughts?
Nope. You send out and ATTRACT both.
When you start visualizing or thinking about things in your daily life, you send out both negative and the positive. Usually one of them will win but in a struggling manner or both will cancel off each other.
Negative thoughts sit in our subconscious mind because there’re many bad things that happen in our life. We form those thoughts or beliefs to avoid it happening again. People around us might talk more about the negative than the positive. Our subconscious mind starts to absorb these thoughts. These negative thoughts include fear, worries, blame, complaints, and beliefs.
I’m going to share with you an example. Let’s say I have many quarrels with my business partner. In my opinion, he is very incompetent. I start to get frustrated and complain about “having an incompetent business partner”. At the same time, I want to “have a competent, supportive and cooperative business partner”.
Do you think I will only send out the business partner I want to attract? No, I won’t. I will subconsciously complain about my current partner first and start to visualize the partner that I want later. Every time I visualize a new business partner, it also reminds me about the current business who pissed me off too.
The result will be either I get my partner after a long time or I will have my current business partner more incompetent that won’t be leaving and have another competent business partner.
Start Seeing The Big Picture?
This is how our subconscious mind works. It sits there for long time and we might be even reinforcing these thoughts everyday. These thoughts have been so powerful that if we don’t let these thoughts go, we will not attract what we want fast and easy.
Ok. I mentioned about letting it go and not erasing it. We can’t erase those thoughts especially those that sit there for a long time and we are reinforcing it for a long time. Instead of erasing it, I’m going to let the mind letting it go automatically by making it unimportant.
The Mind Won’t Remember Unimportant Things
Can you still remember unimportant events that happen an hour ago? No, you can’t remember unimportant things that happened just now because the mind will automatically filter and erase unimportant thoughts.
If you try to tell yourself to forget it or tell yourself these thoughts are unimportant, it will not be gone or become unimportant. It will only be reinforced and remember in these sentences:
“The thought about money is bad is unimportant”
“Forget about money is bad”.
When you try to think more of it, you write more such sentence in your ‘paper’. It will be even harder to let those thoughts go because you just write more about it.
So, I’m going to share with you these 3 steps to let those thoughts go by making it unimportant.
